Annual service price
The advertised annual price is €189. No VAT is currently added. Forwarding postage, handling and optional charges are confirmed before purchase; do not assume they are included or unlimited.
Service delivery and address allocation
We work with authorised TCSP partners to provide the address service. Confirm the identity of the contracting entity and delivery partner, authorisation or supervision, intended address use and onboarding requirements before payment.
The allocated address is shared after purchase and confirmation. Use it only for the agreed purposes. Registered-office suitability must be confirmed before filing with CRO.
What is outside the service
The service does not provide actual office rental, desks, workspace access, meeting rooms or telephone answering. Scanning, parcels and other additional services apply only where expressly agreed.
Mail handling, renewal and cancellation
The service agreement should specify accepted mail, forwarding destinations, handling frequency, postage, retention and delivery arrangements. Renewal, cancellation, refund rights and post received after cancellation must also be confirmed in the agreement before you buy.
No automatic third-party acceptance
An address service does not guarantee incorporation, a bank account, tax residence or acceptance by another organisation. Customers remain responsible for company filings and checking that the address is appropriate for each use.
Website enquiries
The contact form prepares an email draft. No order or payment is completed through the website. An enquiry does not activate the service or grant permission to use an address.
